RSIM 10 Troubleshoot ATT Phone to CDMA - GSM-Forum

Just bought RSIM 10, trying to use on 5S 7.1.2 Jailbroken AT&T phone with a VirginMobile/Sprint simcard. It shows service dots, but it sends me to activation and there is no black jump screen. Any help would be appreciated.

Ive tried other sims, and looking through it might be my rsim is broken should I go get new one?
