RSim Mini + with ATT 5S Invalid SIM

Hi,
after removing carefully all the plastic rests of the Mini +, I finally managed to put that thing into the tray. At that time my 5S was already activated wit ATT and jailbroken. But it showed invalid Sim. So i restored it and tryied activating with RSim + o2.de sim card -> would not recognize it as valid SIM. So I again
activated with ATT and then plugged in the RSim + o2.de -> still invalid SIM. Force 2G through iRoseTool is also not helping. Waiting for 1hr. with the SIM inside neither.
I cant also access SIM Apps in Settings -> Phone. They are not there. Nor can I change SIM PIN Settings (grayed out but PIN definitely not set.)

Ideas?

Your R-SIM is broken or try with another SIM card before restarting the phone to try to correct the problem. AT&T IMSI is 3104100.

The thing that mostly of the people that don't pay attention for is that the rsim mini or plus either one has a weak point that you need to avoid touching with your finger and that is the black square in the center part of the chip so if you keep touching this part of the chip with your finger then there is a big chance you might have your chip ruined out and because of this I advice my customers to handle the chip from the two end and to avoid touching the center of the chip.
