SOFTBANK IPHONE 5s iOS 7.1.1

Could somebody confirm the unlocking of this IPhone with Rsim mini 2 with all functions( calls ,sms, data 3G Lte)?

Today I tested my new Rsim mini 2 upgraded 9,8v but It doesn't work in stable matter with my 256k WIND ITALIA sim. When the signal is poor and go in searching mode then the phone go straight in activation loop. Tomorrow I will test it in San Paulo(Brasil) but I think without success. Do you think 9,5 version is more stable and also I think with Rsim is impossible to choose a carrier when unlocked the iPhone?
Please Rsim Team I need a good help!!

Update to 7.1.1
Its not stable on 7.1.1 too but better than 7.0.4/6. If u loose signal on 7.1.1, you just have to reboot ur device and rsim will work fine.

Done everything ,jailbreak the phone , 3G patch Istalled , with IFile I renamed CarrierLab.bundle but at the end it does not Work :I have signal full for 5 seconds then go to One dot signal and then go in searching mode and then sometimes activation loop!
Please I need Help.
