I'am really not understand, why is so hard to follow exe hints and read update thread.
Will try my luck again here and will use little bigger font, hope this will help.

TO UNLOCK THIS PHONE NEED TO USE DATABASE.
DATABASE NEED TO DOWNLOAD FROM SUPPORT.

Hope this will help you to solve your problem.

For this cases we added for our users flash mode acces in exe.
Is easy to use, just need to select flash mode this time and try again.

To find database, you must acces support(setting tab in exe, acces support)

We maked acces support very easy, need only to press 1 button in exe.
Please explain where is your problem, really can't understand.

Simple need to be little more carefull and read info when you do some.

Also, try to follow exe hint and select phone by model.
This is update thread, not user learning thread.

Please ADD support for new Vodafone Smart E9 direct unlock, read firmware, Frp. MT6739WA are secure boot and ask authentication file. I trust Nck team can solve it.
