I had read the firmware from working phone without problem but can't flash to another phone

Post here please reading firmware log, need to check some.
A5 2020 not have enabled read firmware in exe.

Also will be very usefull if you will upload uboot file readed from this phone.

Thanks for sharing uboot.
This phone have 3 version of firmwares what is not compatible between.
Tomorow i'am will give you link to exe what will autodetect corectly firmware version of this phone model and will read firmware corectly.

Select from list zte 8010 and read firmware from A5 2020 working phone, it must read corectly firmware for this version of A5 2020.
After try to flash your other phone using this readed firmware.

Just hint, sprd phones can stuck on logo about 5 min after flash, if take more perform wipe from phone recovery or exe.
Post here result, if it's success or not.
