Hi.
This error is related to missing or damaged libraries from your windows.
mostly Visual Studio Redistributable Packages.
You can google about this error, for example one explanation you can get here.

Also try to unistall old exe and delete application directory, and install installer again.
I'am have fresh installed windows 10 on some pc with basic installation, and exe run ok, without problem.
Also this installer will install libusb also in your pc.
If you will skip libusb installation, and dll will miss from your pc, exe will give error.

I'am also checked installer now, result you can check in screenshot.

Not know what to say, this is mostly windows problem and missing dll.
If you not know how to install Visual Studio Redistributable Packages, try to ask some friend who know more about pc and can help you with this.

Right now i'am installed last android mtk on fresh pc with windows 10 64
This pc have only some games installed, not have installed and never run any related to gsm software.
I'am installed only installer and smartcard reader driver, nothing more.
After install it open without problem.
You can check screenshot.
Tested so far on windows 7 pro 64, windows 8.1 64, windows 10 pro 64 and not see any problem.
Try also to check your antivirus settings, you can see in screenshot running bitdefender total security edition and all ok.
But not know what to say about other free antiviruses like windows defender e.t.c.
I'am never used this antiviruses.

Hi orbita now Firefox and chrome not work win 10 32bit...
Error Code 0xC00000E3.
After install NCKBox_Qualcomm_Module_0.12.8_Setup.
Defender add NCKBox_Qualcomm_Module_0.12.8_Setup and now full scan.

Most posible your pc is infected by some virus, try to check.
Better on other pc.
And btw, to run windows 10 32 bits, is a really pain.
You make really heroic effort, running on 32 bits, this kill all good things what come with windows 10.
Speed, large filesystem e.t.c.
