Download latest SPD exe from support if not installed yet, then you can proceed to select itel a16 from support models and perform your operation

Try to read very slow first log again.

About your problem, most posible you connected phone in diag mode.
To perform erase frp, need to connect phone in flash mode.
Diag mode is for other things, not frp.

Well thanks. I have read the whole process and i found that he used itel a14.loader
Its work now i didn't use that custome from the first place this why the process not complete.
