Yes now u can reed SPD 7715 & 7730 /1 just check setup very well

In market exist version of y541-u02 what can't be connected with any tool,
including research download.
Untill now is reported this version as not connecting.

In diag mode it read like:
BASE Version: TM_BASE_MP_II_HUAWEI_W15.28
Make read info in diag mode from your phone and post here.
Right now can's say nothing, because need to investigate more about.
Posible this version have protected boot or some like this.
