NCK dongle expired. I need Help! - GSM-Forum

Hello!

I've an expired NCK dongle. I have to service more xiaomi phones in future. I could activate only UMT tool for this dongle, or i must activate nck dongle one year than i can activate UMT tool??
Here is a xiaomi redmi 6(MTK) with MI account. This is what i want to reset now.

UMT and NCK is separate products and have separate activation.
If you have pro dongle, you have buth products on same card.
If you have only nck dongle, you can't activate remote UMT on this dongle.

I have nck dongle and expired
So I did buy activation for UMT ,Its done and I pay
But can't update FW Card

So if we can't active UMT why we can buy activation for old smart card ???
Now what can I do because I pay

If you make activation for UMT, you can use UMT.
If you want to use nckdongle, you must activate nckdongle, activations is not related.
Also, if you have any qw related to UMT support, you can go in UMT section.
You are product supporter, really strange why you not know so simple things.
