I'am just checked, this phone Hisense F8 mini have sc9850 cpu, and exe support well this cpu.
Also phone is little old, from 2017.
All what need is to download firmware and make custom loader.
After this phone can be serviced(frp, format, backup/restore nv) e.t.c..
Diag mode features should work without any problem direct.

Hisence F8 google not give any result, if phone have sprd cpu, must work above steps for this phone.
If phone have other cpu, it will not work with sprd module.
