Because of missed preloader you get this error.

From some reason exe not read preloader from phone.
Can me multiple reasons for this.
Exe backup directory can be read only(from settings change backup directory location) or phone have damaged preloader.
Also you can use preloader from phone with comatible cpu, if your flash ic is listed in preloader, this will work also.
