Put in phone original sim card, and enter *#*#3646633#*#* , and from menu select SIMMELOCK.

I did what You say but after last * all numbers desapeared and nothing happen else and no menu apeared so whot now ?

Hi, if phone not ask for unlock code this meen it have blocked couter.
Can you connect phone using ot-990 (need disable adb if enabled) and backup simlock
And post here link to backup.
say me also *#837# line what start with X.
