1. install drivers Alcatel Android MTK USB_CDC_VCOM_drivers for Unlock from support
2. SWITCHED OFF WITH BATTERY(these part is missing in help file!) connect on USB cable and install drivers above mentioned folder
3. Start NCK Dongle Alcatel Android MTK Tool Final and hit Read Codes...wait and PC again install drivers...process failed at the end
4. Start NCK Dongle Alcatel Android MTK Tool Final and let SW to finish the job-You get codes
5. Put sim in phone, switch on and insert given code-ALL Done
