If you have damaged cardreader, this is not software bug, and we can't provide you help in this case, you must exchange or return damaged item to reseller.

About driver, yes mostly cardreaders use alcor driver, and you can check it in device manager for installed vid and pid.
Driver also come together with main module, and exist here, in section, you can download it.
But reseller can supply cardreader, with different driver.
If your cardreader not accept alcor driver, based on vid and pid of driver and using google or ask reseller for help, you can easy identify right driver.

problem was in card reader application on Slovak ID card software
after turn off monitoring, all working ok

Posible it detect card connected to pc, and keep it buzy(opened)
In this case yes, card will be unaccesible for other applications.

This problem must be solved with reseller, sometime reseller not activate instant card, in some cases it take time to verify payment.

You did not pay us or buy from us , and no idea where or who sold u activation, so ask whom you paid why it is not yet active and why activation is not added in server and pls stop spamming this thread as this is for phones support issues

Very important to check pc date and time.
On wrong date and time exe will not allow update.

Hi, any problems today? Or that's my side? I changed internet source but still the same :-( no connection while internet access and date is okay :-(

It was working fine for very long time v19.4, suddenly stopped now, decided to re-install so came back to v19.2 but still the same issue. Any tips please?

was a problem with server, must be ok now.
you must use 19.4, in time server protocol changed and 19.2 cn work unstable.

I made loader from working firmware but this is the result

Changing bautrate OK.
Send Second Loader.
New flash metod detected.
[BSL_CMD_DISABLE_TRANSCODE]Error send frame
Restart phone and try again, if problem still persist, posible loader is not accepted by phone.
