The dongle is activated. I want only to understand why when i chose from huawei flasher regular user work and when select NCK dongle (my serial card number not working). I don't want to spam

Seems you really not understand normal language.
If you have activation maked on your dongle serial number and it not work, contact your reseller.
Here in this thread we not sell any activation, only reseller who sell you activation based on dongle sn can help you.

I'am already sugested you to read last huawei flasher update thread.
Will try to explain again, try please to read very slow this.
Exists 2 activations for huawei module, old based on username and password, and new one based on dongle.
This 2 activations is not related one with other, if you have activation based on username and password, it will work with username and password.
If you have dongle based activation, it will work with dongle.
If you have dongle based activation and it not work, contact your reseller.

And this really no matter if you have antivirus or you not have antivirus, if is summer outside or winter so on.
Will recomend you again to read update thread again and very carefully, if you not understand, try to ask some more skilled friend to explain you.
Hope this will be last explanation, i'am little tired to explain same thing again and again and again.

Username and password you will reseive from your reseller when you will pay for huawei activation.

On activation maked on dongle, this will cause problem with this exe.
User will not be allowed to use exe.
Not need to confuse users providing false hints.
