Dear supporter/ manager,

I have made the order 7999C1 in April, it shows success on the portal but the device is still locked.

I have contacted your team regarding this via Skype and emails, [email protected] & [email protected], but no reply.

I was wondering if you could refund the credit and the service fee to me.
