Member: 182006 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 41 | Hi I have also tried to rset my password from my tablet and I have the email but that password does not work from the tablet, and I cannot even enter your sight from the laptop as the IP is blocked!! Please help as I have several phones to unlock and my customers have been promised phones back over the next day or two. Thank you Steve |

Member: 182006 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 41 | Hi I still cannot access my account. I am not getting replies to my E-Mails. Please can you unblock my IP and give me a password that works. I have had to reset my password 2or 3 times in the past few weeks! I need a reliable system to unlock my phones, I have spent many hundreds of pounds with you over the last few months, I would like to spend more but I cannot rely on this system if I am denied access when my customers need their phones. PLEASE can you fix this problem or I shall have to move my bussines elsewhere. Thank you Steve |
