Listen, your website says that you will remove the iCloud within 15 days, I waited almost 18 days for you to respond with a "NOT DONE" no reason as to why you did provide the service I paid for. I paid you on the April 24, 2015 in the amount of $105, I contacted you before its almost 30 days and you don't respond, and my customer keeps calling for their money back.
In my Aunlock account I am seeing $100 as a balance and not my $105 that I need back NOW

also you didn't follow service instruction as we have mention we accept ID Finder info. which is provided by Aunlock,

Ok, so let me try to understand something here from what you have stated.
If I allow you to Find the ID for this phone will you be able to remove the iCloud even though there is a low success rate?

My understanding is that it was not done because you did not find the ID info for the phone, it this correct? I would explain this to the customer and pay the additional fee to have the iCloud removed.

It's my first time using your service. Please tell me which option to select so I can get the iCloud removed.

as you know this is not normal service like o2 unlock and att iphone unlock, we are talking about iCloud Premium (L0ST M0DE)

1: there is no any guarantee your icloud will remove or not (as nature of this service) you can check success result under this thread
2: for get id info. you wanna use this service: Apple iCloud ID Finder by IMEI+UDID - (99% Success Rate) Not Found you can found under iCloud Services
3: once customer place order we tried our best for get highest success rate of icloud remove, but unfortunate this service not have 100% Success rate that's why high chances wont be done so please keep in mind and also inform to your customer about that,

Ok, I understand now. One more thing. Even though I sent the Finder ID information that was not provided by you, did you attempt to remove the iCloud or did you just declined the request?

I need to know this, it will determining whether or not it is safe to send you back the same IMIE information for this phone. If you never used this IMIE then I will use the service again. Please advise.
