FBUS SMS codes for Nokia - GSM-Forum

Does anyone know where I can find documentation for communicating with Nokia phones using the FBUS? Specifically for older style Nokia phones. Like the 1100, or 2300. Or know of any software that can do same. Like extract file storage info, and flash contents.

Search in google for Mr. Marcin Wiacek's gammu. it's free and powerfull....

Although that project was extensive, and very nicely done, there seems to be much missing in the case of the 1100. Specifically stuff like being able to extract contact lists that are in the SIM. It apparently only gets them out of the handset memory.

exodus, you ask good question. I have been tryng to get some softs to do this too. Logo Manager is s**t for this...it says it can do it, but no!!!gammu and gnokii also bad for this. If you find out how to do this, pls PM me

Many smart ppl on this BB say it cant be done...maybe theyre right, but i find this hard to beleive!!! C'mon bros, somebody must know. Many smart ppl in India and Philippines...you can do it, I know.

you can use nokia AT commands or sniff working programs...

or better to explore PM files. (sms inbox,outbox, phonebook,gallery and etc...)
