Hack Smart card Ericsson - GSM-Forum

Hi everybody,

I ask to you this, because is very expecive to buy this solution and is more easy to use software without another equipement (like Smart Card).

Anyone try to hack this card ?

Hi,

The more important is too ask yourself how you are going to protect the code after extracting from the card ?
Put it into another smart card ?

In case you intend to release it for free, it is pure waste of time, since Ericsson will change the algoes in no time.

Maybe is best to leave some things as they are.

I unserstand but, you have an algo for calculate unlock code and source code is not important, i think...

@Foz: But without a smartcard you are unable to access the GDFS to read the data required for unlock code calculation... Of course, you may try desoldering the AVR flash chip, read it, calculate unlock codes or use a partial flash and then resolder the chip - this is the only solution without using a smartcard.

Hi everybody,

Thanks for all this informations, but T66 work with out card i think because "Client Server" dont work with T66.

I have a lot to unlock but, i can't if anyone have solution tell me please.
