There is a pdf named "ARM instruction set quick referense card" somewhere in docs section of www.arm.com. Big endian commands are the same as little endian - only physical encoding is reversed

big endian and little endian is byte order... in big endian - higher byte value stored first, for example "(int)1" sored in memory with little endian format as 0x01 0x00 0x00 0x00, and int big endian format it's looks like 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x01. it is not a command format it's just byte order in memory
