but i can tell you and others simple trick

Open the page -(LIKE)--> http://youtube.com/watch?v=eF-kJ4xnb9s
watch the video

then IN Internet Explorer go to Tools>Internet Options>General>Settings>View Files...
You will see a POP-UP Folder called >Temporary Internet Files<
Set ---> Arrange Icons By > SIZE <

OOoops ! Just Rename The Hight Sized File EX : VIDEOXDFGD.FLV and RUN IT WITH a FLV player

That's ALL
