Sure can, I spent much of my time for do it. But even this not help after reset/format

Better solution on next time - backup data, if possible, when it even not needed. Sometime customers not know - about flashing/resetting and possibility of data lost. And in that case can be many problems...

When i do work on Team Viewer , what i was ask you ? My Question was - Memory Showing ? You say yes

Practically Ph Book showing ? You say no

& my condition was Customer must not entry further any entry

after that i was start my work

i am also facing the same error in contacts memory it showing 73% but in phone book it showing only single no how to recover,

if you have a memory dump just try carving.

run some strings on it for searching for ascii text and phone numbers.

if you find anything then try to reconstruct the structure of the phonebook entry format, build a scalpel configu file and carve with it.

dunno if it can help

i tested too this many times. that is a cnt bug in nokia phones.
