this phone came for internet problem,itry to flash but stop on userdata part 96%

when i use brodcom multi downlodwer flashing stops on 97% ON USERDATA PART, NOW PHONE IS HANG ON LAVA LOGO, PLZ HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM,THANKS
