Blackberry 8530 with spc ##000000

I programming this device ok
but now i need change number and now enter ##000000
show me:

"usage of programming lock code has exceeded the limit"

i try chance SPC with cdmaworkshop but nothing spc error, with qpst not read to spc error.
how to restard this lock to programming my device with my number?

What you used was the OTKSL, which isnt the actually SPC but the One Time Keypad Subsidy Lock ... there isnt any way to read the SPC from newest Blackberry

- Read SPC from the phone
- Write local PRL
- Indian carriers allow foreign ESNs into their systems? otherwise you need to get a local esn->min pair and program that info into the phone
- Program NAM
