the REAL TRUTH about DB2020 "permanent unlock" by kukuruzer

Greetings.

i was not intended to make that thread at all, but when i saw stupid and false statments from mizer (kukuruzer "main" reseller) and "lead" (kukuruzer author), which claims that setool2 killing phones, while stating that they new users ripoff (i talking about kukuruzer+, or infamous -07 id cards ) making "correct permanent unlock with codes".... my patience is over.

here is REAL facts.

they state:
"cruiser using OWN db2020 solutions and ways"

REALITY
nothing OWN in flead's "own db2020 solutions"

attached pictures shows THE ONLY differences between setool2 and cruiser 11 db2020 loaders. i guess, it is clear that lead simple forged version numbers and shows that loaders as "his own". as you see - first lie from cruiser "team", they stole solution from setool2

they state
"cruiser reading codes, unlock is permanent"

REALITY
complete lie and bull****.

that is command (from setool2 heavily patched loader) ,which searches for code inside firmware area. cruiser 11 sends that command to determine next code inside main firmware area:

that is code,which checks simlock lock/unlock codes validity.
so, lead nopes check and phone will accept ANY CODE.

as you understand, lead lie here again - CODES, WHICH HIS SOFTWARE READS, IS RANDOM CODES AND HAVE NO SINGLE RELATION TO REAL CODES.

of course, if you reflash firmware to locked phone, it will be relocked again.
so, that is another lie from lead

finally, what we have here:

1. ripoff. users should buy new card without ANY need to do it.
2. lie. all their "unique" options is "lie". (well, all that stole with setool2 loaders is true - cross-cid flashing, ability to read filesystem,etc)

users, think twice before buying "cruiser+" product.
they not provides normal support, they require you to buy new card each time (fighter->cruiser->cruiser+ (->cruiser++) )... think,users.

think and select NORMAL product, with NORMAL support.

in short, he said - setool2 software license users was forced to buy NEW product.

TRUTH:

setool2 software license was too weak and so setool2 card was developed to make some normal protections.

setool2 users were forced to pay only difference between card and license, 70$. we only get for ourself 25$ - it is price of card+reader. all other was payed to resellers.

(also, it was at beginning of setool2 software, so there were not much users of setool2 software)

no any more payements were required from users for any setool2 features.
and i can say for sure - no any payement WILL be required from users for any setool2 features.

and i can't say same about cruiser (++,+++,+++++) (db3150,pda, etc)

update:
in version 11.01 my "friend" decided to add "direct unlock" option.
that option is exact copy (well, far more slow in execution than original) of original setool2 patch.

i suggest ALL users of "cruiser+" use only that option and forget about "codes".
i think, in very next ++ release "codes" will be removed.

hehe... some of our resellers really thinks about discounts for "old" cruiser owners


lead,mizer - probably you not lost all your conscience ? maybe time to enable stolen db2020 flash patch for all cruiser owners ?

solution is stolen from setool2, copyrights are changed to "krukrukruzer" ones, all other things are byte-by-byte copy.

"permanent db2012 unlock" - lie.
cid51/52 db2012 phone contains EROM with simlock feature.
that means, phone will be dead (red blink) right after code update.

"direct unlock" - flash patch from setool2, working flawless and only thing that should be used by krukru++ owners.

yes, just for fun try to connect to kukuruzer 11.03 OTP CID51 db2012 phone. funny. lead, seems, was too busy and forget smth.

"read codes" - complete sh_it and lie. they reading it by

Hi Laser, I am happy to see this . Let users and history choose who is liar.

To all SETool users, don't forget that you had also to pay for setool upgrade for example when new smart card was released. Cruiser was updated for free for 2.5 years. We didn't want neither penny for adding a lot of perfect features. Compare cumulative features and cumulative money spent to both tools and see which was cheaper .
