Extract phone_app.cxc from any A2 phone
1. Run A2Uploader
2. Hit Filesystem Tool
3. Connect phone using 'c' or 2+5 
4. Go to /boot directory
5. Right click on phone_app.cxc and read file
6. After file has been read, open it up in any Hex Editor
7. Search for IMEI 00 text string
8. Replace the zeros with numbers (this will have a simple calculation for output imei for a2 phone i had attached at rapidlink below together with cxchash)
9. Close and save the phone_app.cxc
10. Drag it into cxchash.exe
11. Copy the file back to phone using A2Uploader (drag&drop)
12. Click Shutdown Filesystem in A2Uploader

everything is oki except calculation of imei.. is this way really right..? cause i really done it but imei has some differents characters ( : ; > - ) this mean i couldnt calcute the right imei.. but as u say calculation is really simple..
( org imei - output imei = hex )

example;

org imei : 357602028639864
output imei : 332114532232517

( 357602028639864 - 332114532232517 = 25487496407347 )


in hex IMEI section is ;

IMEI 00000000-.000000-0

so we change zeros (0) to numbers;

IMEI 02548749-.640734-7

exactly i done same thing.. but imei has differents characters...

if imei (original)is 354678-02-778432-1
then where cops is all 000000000etc
open in hex editor,serch,find 3030303030etc--thats ur line of 0000s
whatever you add to the 0000 gets added onto ur original imei but in hex,
so then if you want the number 354678-02-778555
the line of 00000s should look like 00000000000123
lok at part 778432(original) the 432 add 1 to the 4,add 2 to the 3,and add 3 to the 2,,,,but in hex,so

f. ex. if org imei is; 3520XXXX-111567-5 and

output imei is; 3533XXXX-234012-3

hex will be ; for part of 3520 to 3533 = add 1 to the 2, add 3 to the 0.. there is no pb in this part..

0013XXXX-XXXXXX-X


but what will be hex value for this part..? 111567 to 234012
