    USBsmart SEMC tool problems!!!

i posted a new thread because my problems are different from what i was having when i posted in the last one...

i flashed my phone yesterday (SE T610) and my computer crashed during the flashing... now, i can no longer turn on the phone, i cant even contact it with SEMC tool anymore. (it has a fully charged battery checked with another phone)

anyone does anyone have any insight on to what may have happened? is it possible to burn the chip by flashing it?

    THANKS in anticipation.

is it freeware? i cant afford to spend money on hundreds of different cables and software.. im only trying to fix the one phone. im thinking of taking it to an independant phone repair shop at the moment.. havent decided fully yet tho.. i couldnt find sara soft anywhere... do you have an idea on where i can get it?

    T28 Serial...

    this worked... to begin with...

now my phone wont turn on, and the T28 wont contact the phone at all.

is it a possibility that i burnt a chip? if i bought a cruiser cable or a terminator or w/e i would be peeved to find out that it wouldnt help.

ive already spent and failed £15 on this phone the last thing i want to do is spend more to find out it doesnt help. since its only ~£25 to get a second hand unlocked one.

please advise! and thanks for your reply! i had almost given up hope of getting help here

    @nighte

no,you can`t burn the chip by flashing...and don`t need another tool to fix that.

    1. clean connector outside and inside (on pcb)

    2. t28 cable is not autoignition cable...so if phone have rsa active you should press power once..but if rsa are dissable..you shoult press and release power switch until boot is intializing!!

    3. good luck

    Try this:
    1. Check recovery, do selected job
    2. "please power on phone"...take out battery and put it back, if it doesnt work try to take out cable and put it back.
    3. Use terminator dongle and put in and put back battery on phone until you get boot.

USB-smart CANT KILL any older version on phone exxept if you flash it with bad gdfs or script.
