How unlock SE W200i cid 51? Do I must flash or just unlock?

to unlock, Check first if you have cruiserfwrestore file for your FW

Better to make a full flash+unlock
there is a confusion for R4GB001_CXC1250719_GENERIC_ME, one file for two CID 50 and 51.
