This is a new w800i, joystick, *, # and 0 keys r not working. Anybody has any idea.... thank you

if it was only keys i say check keypad conector ... but if joystick as well
rehor/resolder/replace keypad IC near joystick

i have evrything. changed keypad ic. resolder etc. no luck m8. any other reasons please.

i had same prob. changed ic. fone 100% ok

can try check the solution . it should helps. perhaps this site can download FREE lastest flash files.
