I tried to connect to iTunes and then iTunes ask to restore because my iPhone was in recovery mode, the I restored. At the beginning it only show an error, can't restore. I've tried a couple of time, and then still failed. I took an initiative to bring that phone back to that Apple authorised dealer and hope they can do something, but they can do nothing about it and asked me to bring my iPhone to Celcom (my iPhone have warranty with this operator) when I bring my iPhone, to Celcom Centre and asked about my problem, they said they have to sent that phone to Kuala Lumpur first to see the problem and will take almost 1 month time. And I decided to keep it first. When I went back home, I tried once more to restore my phone, but this time I succeed to restore. But then after a day it turned into recovery mode again, and I'm facing the same problem (can't restore at the beginning, can restore after some trial) again. Then my iPhone were restored again. Less than a day, it happened again, and now I'm tired of doing the same thing. Anyone knows the solution? It is really a very long time to wait (a month?) if I want to claim my warranty. Please do advice me what I have to do. |
