I bought a 16g iphone 5, not to the icloud account running on 7.0.4 now locked icloud account. ask now is how to overcome this error or not, sir, please help my people. felt Thank you very much.

if its locked nothing can be done except original owner until deactivate it

It's to have a acces to GSX APPLE with Administrator right.
