I think your phone sim locked

This is maybe a problem in the sim card it self ( not work or broken) . Try to put your friend sim card and see if it is work or not.This is the first step in order to know from where is the problem .

If it is also not work for another sim card , it could be a problem in phone number.. If it is starting with +996 or etc , chang it to regular local number 054.. Etc. this maybe work.
