this ic is U601_rf. ic is programmed,so after replace the phone does not activation.
you need replace U601_rf+U501_rf+U4

greet you as you say I was rather u601_rf and U4 replaced always replace both u501_rf and both u701_rf and have always had IMEX but still can not activate the solution into what you please help me with

Sounds bad. I always suggest DFU mode too... Maybe you can do something with IPSW and downgrading?

Did you ever get an answer to this? I replaced my battery and this happened. Unfortunately I damaged the old battery and cannot put it back in to see if it is a battery issue. Got a second backup battery and still not working.

Tray reheat u501_rf , u601_rf with flux up to 260C.
Replace or reball u501_rf , u601_rf.
Check connection u501_rf-r601_rf-simtray.
Few schematics is added in other threads.
For me few waterdamage iph5 back to live.
IS GOOD TO TRY REBALL IC FIRST.

What the benefit of using flux the ic have epoxy retin so flux do nothing.

Naturally remove glue ;-)before, flux its just for keep good propagation temperature on motherboard and rest components, helping with desoldering and soldering components.
Maybe some tech never use soldering flux, for me its very helpful.
