This is years old, only because of activation check being taken down it is now well known... remove nand, reprogram or replace!

No and error 9 is hardware check your work!

Error NAND IC error.
try to reheat it between 16-18 and then try to make Restore.
Apple can't stop any hack which is hardware base.
