3G iPhone error 1604 Iphone can not be restored

if someone knows how to solve or the solution to this error, please post below, because I have tried everything in my mind.

Use Itunes 8.2 And Put U Iphone Into D.F.U Mode And Restore To Version 3.0

My iTunes already updated to version 8.2 in DFU mode correctly, but the error persists, now after the tenth attempt error was 20, not hardware?

i am facing same problem. when connect to itune in dfu mode iphone is detected and installed properly as apple iphone reovery mode but when it shows preparing iphone for restore it looks for drivers and not accepts the drivers in mobile device support folder. in device manager a yellow question mark is shown against apple iphone reovery mode. plz help.
