Hi all members ı have 3Gs 16Gb this phone entered DFU mode when ı try firmware update is not possible alltime same error massage 13 & 28 phone don't have any hardware problem ı tried 3.1.3 orjinal firmware and 4.0 beta fimware but still same error what can ı do solve this problem?

Error 13 means you cannot install firmware 4.0 beta from a Windows PC. Beta firmware is only for developers. And developers need a Mac. Apple is actively blocking Windows PCs to install the beta firmware with this error code.

in all the setuation u try 3.1.3 ... can be done with windows
this err means a hardware problem ... cosed by high current ... sometimes its from the P.A .. sometimes it cosed by the charging conector ... and sometimes it cosed by the battary when the bsi line is not conected .. try to check this and post the resault ..
