Can I know whether this is the new BootROM?

I accidentally upgraded it from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3

first of all my dear friend u did a big mistake to update it from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3

3,1,2 can unlock with blackrain, but 3.1.3 unlocking solution not available till today

now wait for the solution for unlocking or 3.1.3 firm

Thanks. I know it was a dumb move.

Can I downgrade it back to 3.1.2?
And more importantly, is my phone the one with the new BootROM?

At least if it isn't, I can hope to wait for the new jailbreak.

Just jailedbreak a few months ago using Blackra1n. Problem happened when my WIFI wasn't working. I reset the network settings after restart springboard don't work. When device reboot it went to recovery mode. No worries, did many times tethering using Blackra1n right? But this time I'm F*** , my iphone keeps restarting and blackra1n repeatly auto run when the phone starts to boots showing Geo's face. Is there anyone can help? Thank You

one more problem is that sometimes Bluetooth cannot ON, always went to off if I try to on it.

New to iphone
Previously using Nokia

So i have a 3gs that according to f0recast v1.0 says:

Serial # 880035713NQ
Baseband 5.11.07
Bootloader 6.4
Model MB716

Unlockable? Yes (use blacksn0w)
Tethered? No.

I ran blackra1n, and installed a couple apps from Rock, Backgrounder, xGPS, SBSETTINGS, five icon dock, Reminder (notifier), MyWi, My3G, biteSMS, and GV Mobile +. I installed a couple apps here and there to test out, but removed them.

My phone every once-in-awhile tries to respring, hangs then I have to hardware reset it. When I do this it puts the phone in recovery mode.

This is awful when I am not near a computer, and an app crashes while I am on the road and have to restart the device and it goes into recovery mode.

What am I doing wrong / how do I fix this issue?

I Tried to restore back to 3.1.2 (my phone came with 3.1.2 on it), but iTunes won't let me.
