iphone have version 3.1.2 and modem 05.11.07 and new bootroom 3gs, problem is when i jalibrake with blacksnow and after jailbrake not show blackrain icon in springboard , cannot unlock and install cydia , i try and with redsnow 0.9.2 but same not insatll cydia, how to unlock this iphone?

That means that your 3Gs was Jailbroken before, and that some one deleted blackra1n icon from springboard, no way to restore it.
try to search how to unlock without wifi, only if you have cydia installed

friend this is 3gs and cannot restore with 3.1.2 you not know this?

If that so, please show us a step to restore it ?
because as far as I know that 3GS New Bootrom can be restore to 3.1.2 unless you have ECID on saurik server, If no ECID we don't have another way to restore it.
so right now just prove that you comment is trueable and worthable, otherwise don't try make other cofuse.

try this will work for sure. go to setting ~ reset ~ than select reset all content and setting.

the iphone will restore back to it,s original state. without having to upgrade or restoring with 3.1.2
