in Both ways i've tried to make online Update i always have the same error and i changed the Pc and the same problem !!

here's the iPhone Status Right Now and many tries but No Luck always give the Same error 2002 after prepairing to restore

try different usb port or change cable. if no success try other pc.
another thing u should check is videos or stuff like that in itunes. did u just downloaded something else before restoring iphone?

it's a Usb problem i changed the pc and it's all fine right now phone is alive again ty AL VENGA And Anfa

bro it was not a usb prob it was the prob is in ur itune simple reinstall ur itune if u install a latest virsion remove it and then install 9.0 then this prob can b solved simply..........................
