then i tell u how to jail break if u have 1st gen u have to use redsn0w 0.9.2 if u have 2nd gen u can use 0.9.2 redsn0w if u have 3rd gen so u can used blackra1n wid out blackra1n u cant jailbreak your ipod3rd genretion

but blackraln having restart problem.when restart the itouch it become on a dfu mode.so no other soloution for 3rd genration

If you are talking about the tethered jailbreak: Yes this is the problem with third generation iPod Touch. iPhone 3GS with newer bootroms have the same problem. This means that after every reboot (power off, battery empty) you have to reconnect to a PC with blackra1n again. There are no other tools available and this problem is not solved.
