If you are restore with 3.1.2 (by Using SHSH SAVE BLOB) you can activate and jailbreak by redsn0w.
If you are restore with 3.1.3 there is no other way to activate without original sim.

i tested
You must use the original sim to active it via iTunes first and u can use this tool. Good luck and dont "S H I T" anyone here..ok?

There is still no unlock for the 05.12.01 Modem at this time.

Fingers crossed, with this new jail break some one will develop a unlock very soon..

But no one any any idea when that will be..

Any one that tells you they software unlocked a 3GS 3.1.3 with 5.12.1 modem is lieing to you.

u toll officeyal unlock i phone not coming 3.1.3 cydia....so spirite use afta cydia comeing...bt country lock mobile not unlock tis softweya.....i'm oky
