I-phone 3g heating problem - GSM-Forum

Hi mates i ahve i-phone 3 i can use this without sim. nothing problem camera and all other function. but when i insert sim card its working but PHONE GETTING HEAT and BATTERY ALSO DISCHARGING yearpice area getting heat> how can i solve this problem ? i checked pcb board verry well. and cleaned. please help me

In this case, you'd better make it checked at the Apple customer service.

are the silver sheilds still on the motherboard if not put them on ...
