Turn on the phone Connect the usb to the iphone turn it off>>>wait 5 secs that is full switched off then press and hold the HOME buton and the TURNING on button for 10 secs after 10 secs are elapsed release the POWER BUTTON(turning on button) BUT keep holdin the HOME button for 10 secs you will see your itunes asking to restore the iphone update it or press shift +restore to load a desired firmware |
