mate take it easy when giving instructions to the TS
be specific
if he update it to itunes it will upgrade its FW & its Modem FM to unlockable state at the moment
pls be careful when giving an advice

to TS :

you can restore it to itunes but make sure you know the right procedure
press Shift+retore then choose the correct and older version either 3.0,3.1 or 3.1.2 to avoid errors in the future

phone is disable & also cant connect in itunes

then hw to restore???if it was 3.1.3 _{i think }coz customer gived this condition
