IPHONE 3GS jailbreak and UNLOCk

i have 2 iphone 3gs 32gb and 16gb,firmware 312 and baseband 05.11.07 locked and i need to jailbreak and unlock it.pls i need help plsss

jailbreak with spirit and unlock with ultrasn0w but only if the phone is activated........if not jailbreak with redsn0w and unlock with ultrasn0w

If u did not try ne tools before to jailbreak u can go here

use redsn0w beta that will activate your phone after restore
