cause idon't know SN this iphone..
than i chek hardware inside..

this iphone is 3gs 16giga,, safe to jailbrake or not? safe to update ipad baseband or not? can i unlock this iphone or not?

iphone condition?
why you can't read SN if set on..
try to read with itools

phone cant not activated and network locked (after restore with itunes)
first condition is lose password sir..

Double check with iforcast and check what baseband version you got too
