Read This Thread it will help you for jailbreak if it is not jailbroken.
and then use ultrasn0w from cydia to unlock modem 04.26.28.

IF phone is already jailbroken and have cydia in it then you don't need to jailbreak it again...Just use ultrasn0w with cydia to unlock this modem version!

Obviously you need wifi when u working with cydia!
