Strange, i have unlocked and reflashed hundreds of iphones and never encountered such problem, anyway, restore it again to 1.1.4 and try to downgrade bootloader from 4.6 to 3.9FB using iliberty+

If doesn't work try to use ziphone 3.0

If this problem happened, please do
1. take out SIM
2. restore v2.2
3. jailbreak
4. put any SIM back
