iTunes does NOT detect phone - but i can make & receive calls - GSM-Forum

Hi

I have a strange problem... I have unlocked my 1.1.4 - 04.04.05_G using Ziphone 3.0 (for some funny reason iLiberty wasnt working). My iPhone is working fine, in terms of making and receiving calls.

I have a fwe problems.

1. when i connect the iPhone to my laptop & run iTunes. My phone does not come up. Its not being detected !

2. installer.app is also not there ? :S

3. Youtube is working both on Wifi & Edge. BUT the problem is on EDGE i cant see the video. Searching is OK!

please help. Thanks !

mate try to update your itunes...

alrite... dat was my bad... after a simple restart... everything almost everything is alrite now ... except... INSTALLER...

it appears to be that i have firmware 04.04.05_G and Bootloader 3.9_M3S2.

as mentioned above i jailbroke using Ziphone 3.0 but i ran iLiberty+ 1.3 just again to install some other payloads & fix the youtube problem... but i still dont have the INSTALLER. (i selected it from the list of payloads in iLiberty). and youtube is still not working on EDGE.
